Find Tokenkarma on Windows
Look for Tokenkarma in the system tray near the Windows clock. If it is hidden, open the hidden-icons menu first.

- Start Tokenkarma from the Windows Start menu if it is not running.
- Look near the clock in the taskbar. Open the hidden-icons menu if Tokenkarma is not immediately visible.
- Click the Tokenkarma tray icon to open the panel. Keep this panel open while you check accounts and readings.
What you should see: the Tokenkarma panel opened from the tray. Its content depends on your app version, configuration and available readings.
Understand the two rings
In versions with the two-ring tray display, the rings summarize the configured readings. Open the panel to check their labels and accounts before interpreting the colors. They do not necessarily represent the same provider or the same period.
Settings and version
Open Settings from the panel to review the available display and source options. Look at the update control at the bottom of the panel for version information. Its label can change while an update is downloading or ready to install.
I cannot find the icon
Check the hidden-icons menu, then confirm Tokenkarma is running. If it still does not appear, contact support with your Windows version and what happens when you start the app. You do not need to clear browser data or remove a working account.
